Yes, we do offer this service. Use the gift recipient's shipping address and have the billing information sent to your own email. You can add special notes to your order as well. Just contact us when placing your order if you have any special requests. If you experience trouble when checking out please contact us and we'll gladly assist you.

Unopened Products

  • We accept returns of unused, and unopened products providing that we receive your return request within 3 days of the receipt date. Please note that we do not refund the shipping fees with the return and that any free/gift with purchase products must also be returned. You will be responsible for shipping costs back to us.


To return a product, please follow the simple steps below:

  1. Contact us to let us know you would like to arrange a product return. We'll give you the address for you to send the products to.
  2. Pack and seal the item/s in their original shipping package and ship them back to us through registered courier. You will be responsible for the products. including damage and loss until we receive them.
  3. Provided that we receive the products in their original UNUSED and UNOPENED condition, we will arrange for the original purchase price (not including shipping fees) to be refunded. Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods for the refund to be processed.


Damaged, or Faulty Products

  • We take care to pack your items carefully so that they won't get damaged in transit. If, for whatever reason, they arrive damaged or faulty, we ask that you let us know within one (1) day of receiving them. We'll arrange for the products to be returned to us and a replacement will be sent out to you.
